Adriana Guiry

Adriana Guiry is senior vice president, Baxter Growth & Performance System.

Guiry joined Baxter in 2024 as vice president, Global Business Solutions and was appointed in 2026 to her current role leading Baxter's Growth & Performance System (GPS), the company's high-performance business system that enables strategy execution, performance management, and continuous improvement for sustained business results.

Before joining Baxter, Guiry held senior executive roles at Archer Daniels Midland, AstraZeneca, Diageo, and GE, leading enterprise transformation across commercial, financial, technology, and shared services functions. She has shaped global operating models and delivered significant productivity and financial impact while modernizing processes, analytics, and governance.

Guiry holds a bachelor's degree in science from St. John's University and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
