Cynthia (Cindy) Carlisle is executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO).

Carlisle joined Baxter in 2026 and brings more than two decades of global HR experience across the medical technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, retail and industrial sectors. Most recently, she served as executive vice president and CHRO at Foot Locker and previously held senior HR leadership roles at Stryker, Roche Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson. She began her career at General Electric.

Carlisle holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a master's degree in interdisciplinary, adult and technical education from Marshall University.
