James Teaff

James Teaff is president, Care & Connectivity Solutions.

Teaff was appointed to his role leading Care & Connectivity Solutions in 2025 after leading the Patient Support Systems and Global Surgical Solutions organizations in the U.S since 2023. Since joining Baxter in 2008, he has also served as president & general manager, Canada, and held leadership roles overseeing several product portfolios, including hospital products and renal care.  

Teaff brings more than 30 years of deep cross-industry experience to his role. Before joining Baxter, he held leadership positions in business development and operations at Stryker and sales and product management roles at Unilever. 

Teaff obtained a bachelor's degree in government and history from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
