The FCS 700 Boom is designed to meet the needs of today’s ICUs and ORs while being flexible enough to adapt.
Choose the configuration that fits your current requirements and easily reconfigure as your needs evolve. Its modular design allows for the seamless interchange of low-voltage, electrical and medical gas modules—even after installation—so it can adapt as often as you do.
- Quiet Electromagnetic Brake System: Our color-coded eBrake system locks into place with minimal noise and operates without requiring a secondary gas line.
- Versatile Components: Attach control handles, infusion management, equipment rails, shelves, drawers and more to the MPC rail on any side of the boom, with minimal tools needed for quick adjustments.
- Customizable Workstation Visibility: With options to add monitor holders and supports, you can tailor your workstation to meet individual visibility preferences.

Control Options
Diverse control options allow you to operate the brakes and adjust the height of the boom arms from different positions, supporting an ergonomic working environment.
The functions can be operated using various control options: a control module directly on the boom, control handles on the shelves, or a cable remote control. The MPC Rail versions allow for the simultaneous use of multiple control options per system head, supporting flexibility and convenience.

Shelves
Shelves of different sizes provide space for various medical devices – on each side and any length of support head for individual workplace positioning.
For the FCS 700 Ceiling Supply Unit we offer shelves in five heavy load versions (HL – 176 lbs. / 80 kg) of various sizes. The shelves can be mounted to the system head without special tools by means of the click mechanism.

Drawers
A variety of drawer options for hospitals to help support workflow across departments.
Up to four drawers – with and without locking system – can be mounted under each shelf. Various drawer options are available designed to help enhance workplace design and safety.

Monitor Holders
Monitor holders provide secure and flexible attachment of monitors to the system head, adapting to individual working situations supporting a comprehensive overview.
Monitor holders can be mounted and positioned on the system head without special tools. The integrated cable conduit in the monitor support arm has been designed with ease of cleaning in mind.

Lifting Systems
The lifting system integrated into the boom head has been designed with versatility and ease of use in mind while docking and lifting solution for heavy endoscopy, anesthesia, and respiratory devices, ensuring foot space and floor clearance.
Lifting systems are available for both height adjustable and non-height adjustable Boom.

Equipment Rails
The equipment rails of the FCS 700 ceiling supply unit allow accessories to be attached on any side and along the entire length of the system head, facilitating customization of the workplace design.
The position of the equipment rails can be adjusted at any time to match the corresponding work situation using the click mechanism.

Cable Management

The FCS 300 Electro Cube connects additional equipment for power and low-voltage needs in the operating room. The surgical boom supports ceiling-mounted equipment, eliminating wall plugs and reducing the risk of trip hazards. Used in ORs, hybrid ORs, specialty ORs and ambulatory surgical centers, the standard configuration includes two electrical outlets and two low-voltage preparations.
